Captain Marvel will not take the conventional superhero origin path ; plus check out new photos3 min read
The first super heroine to get a standalone movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is a thing of curiosity for all movie fans not associated with her comic-book counterpart. They can’t help wonder what the star embedded symbol implies in the device Nick Fury used before he dissipated in thin air as well.
Well , it won’t be long enough till they get a glimpse of the super heroine in her full glory next year’s March. But Marvel is not following the traditional origin path for the heroine. As Entertainment Weekly describes , the movie “sidesteps the traditional origin-story template, and when it begins, Carol already has her powers“.
Maverick minded Carol Danvers left her earthly life behind to join an elite Kree military team called Starforce, led by Jude Law’s enigmatic commander Mar-Vell. But it won’t take long for her to come back to Earth to face the shape-shifting Skrulls ; Ben Mendelsohn playing their leader Talos, who spearheads a Skrull invasion of Earth. As already known , the movie will feature in the 90s and will be inheriting some of the Hollywood styles prevalent in those period. It will also feature Nick Fury in his younger days.
“She can be aggressive, and she can have a temper, and she can be a little invasive and in your face.” Brie Larson told EW. “She’s also quick to jump to things, which makes her amazing in battle because she’s the first one out there and doesn’t always wait for orders. But the [not] waiting for orders is, to some, a character flaw.” Looks like she will have some massive ego problems with our good Captain and Tony Stark in Avengers 4.
