Geoff Johns, Gary Frank, and Brad Anderson's DC/Watchmen crossover Doomsday Clock

Doomsday Clock is one of the most fascinating story lines of our generation , there is no doubt in that. Shaping up from one of the most darkest and complex comicbook run of all time , Doomsday Clock is a propaganda challenging everything super-heroism stands for and giving fans a better insight on the infrastructure Alan Moore tried to build with his Watchmen.

Fans have responded well to this enticing tale and made it reach one of the top positions in May. To commemorate the event , DC head Geoff Johns took time to thank the fan for the achievement thereby revealing the first look at Doomsday Clock #7. While the art of Rorschach versus Joker was revealed months ago , this is our first look at the cover of the upcoming #7 also teasing the return of the Green Lantern. You can take a look at the art below :

If you have not caught up with the series yet , there’s a couple of reasons you should. The story catches up right after which the diplomatic measure that was taken at the end of Watchmen to keep the Peace Treaty has been exposed and Ozymandias is dying. In desperation , he recruits a new Rorschach and a pair of minor costumed villains from his own earth to travel to DC Universe to find Doctor Manhattan.
