Harley Quinn grooves to some “fantabulous” music in the new Birds of Prey teaser2 min read

Harley Quinn (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) has started its principal photography this month. To commemorate the moment , the studio has released a rather teaser of what’s to come. The teaser sees different characters that are going to debut in the DC Cinematic Universe or DC Films with this superhero flick.

Birds of Prey is a step further into the depths of the Bat Universe of DC Comics. Birds of Prey , made in 1996 , is a team up between Huntress , Black Canary and a paralyzed Barbara aka Oracle ; the latter two kicking out the idea of a team. Below is a tease of what’s to come :

The main villain of the flick will be Roman Sionis who is more popularly ( or should I say , infamously) known as the Black Mask. The iconic Batman villain will be played by Ewan McGregor and will be accompanied by the psycho killer Victor Zsacz , to be played by Chris MessinaBoth are featured in the teaser above. Though McGregor doesn’t wear the iconic Black Mask in the teaser , let’s hope he does in the movie.

DC/WB’s Birds of Prey is set to be directed by Cathy Yun from a screenplay by Christina Hodson , who is also writing for the Batgirl movie. The flick sees Margot Robbie reprise the role of Harley Quinn. She will be joined by two of DC’s superheroes : Huntress played by Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Black Canary played by Jurnee Smollett-Bell.
